Paul joined CEPS in 2011 and works primarily on EU political and institutional issues. Previously, he worked for the Bucharest-based Romanian Center for European Policies and he has also completed a traineeship in the European External Action Service (EEAS).

Paul holds an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and bachelor's degrees in international relations, European studies and history.
