This seminar presents the work of CEPS and Green Alliance on the role that the EU budget can play to assist Europe to achieve its energy and climate change objectives. Both reports are oriented towards practical solutions and are the result of the input of academics, policymakers, NGO and industry representatives. The CEPS report is the outcome of a Task Force Chaired by former MEP Anders Wijkman. The Green Alliance presents chapters produced by representatives of major European NGOs and industry representatives.
